Emerge Psychological Services can provide clinical supervision to qualified and in-training psychologists, or for other staffing groups working in either an educational, healthcare or criminal justice organisation, responsible for delivering interventions, or involved in behaviour change work, ensuring the best possible support for staff engaging in this complex work.  Supervision can be offered on a 1-2-1 or small group basis, dependent on role and need.

EPS psychologists providing supervision to in-training psychologists working towards being Chartered via the British Psychological Society Diploma in Forensic Psychology are on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).

In addition, Emerge Psychological Services can advise organisations and groups on effective support and supervision processes to ensure interventions and clinical work is delivered with integrity, appropriate levels of support, CPD and consideration to the welfare of those engaging in this challenging work.

Emerge Psychological Services can further support, advise or develop appropriate quality assurance processes.
