Emerge Psychological Services have experience in service design, development and expansion and will help you grow your organisation to the next level, utilising the current evidence base to help inform and shape organisational practice and culture.  In addition to her considerable senior management experience, our Director, Andrea is also an Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) certificated coach, with experience of coaching organisational leaders to bring about organisational and cultural change.
